Our Students

Since 2014, Fork Friendly has been providing an opportunity for students to learn more about grocery and restaurant products as students participate in the management and development of the Fork Friendly website.

Students collect product and menu data in grocery and restaurant settings and compile nutrition data to be designed for general consumer guidance as well as specific nutrition concerns.
